What’s Your Mission?
As Assistant Store Manager, you are the operational anchor of the venue, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the visitor experience can shine. You manage schedules, logistics, and day-to-day administration, supporting the Store Manager in leading the team toward excellence and commercial success.
Your strength lies in structure, attention to detail, and consistency. You’re hands-on, dependable, and solution-oriented, a person who sees a problem once and ensures it never happens again.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Excellence
Create and maintain staff schedules, coordinate vacations, and manage coverage for absences.
Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards of the venue.
Manage daily incidents, cash handling, and stock control.
Ensure timely communication with HQ (finance, operations, and administration).
Administrative Accuracy
Handle invoices, vendor communication, and expense reporting.
Maintain inventory records, order tracking, and stock valuation.
Ensure accurate payroll data and time tracking in coordination with HQ.
Team Support & Service Quality
Support the Store Manager in staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
Monitor visitor flow, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement plans.
Data & Reporting
Collect and analyze data on visitors, sales, and expenses to identify opportunities.
Assist in preparing reports and action plans to optimize performance.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
2+ years in a customer-facing operational role (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or tourism).
Proven experience managing logistics, administration, and team coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 minimum).
Proactive and dependable with a strong sense of ownership.
