  • 6-month internship, 30 hours per week, at IKONO HQ Madrid.

What’s Your Mission?

As an HR Intern, you’ll support the Human Resources team with a focus on HR Administration and day-to-day operational tasks. You’ll help ensure that employee records, documentation, and internal processes run smoothly while also assisting with recruitment and onboarding when needed. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations within a fast-growing international company.

What You’ll Do:

  • HR Administration: Support the management and organization of employee files, contracts, and HR databases.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist in preparing, updating, and tracking HR-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Onboarding Support: Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and interns.

  • Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen CVs, and schedule interviews when required.

  • Employee Support: Assist with day-to-day employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.


What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

  • Strong interest in HR operations, processes, and employee experience.

  • Team-oriented and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.

  • Fluent English is required. Spanish and/or a third EU language are a big plus.

  • Good communication and time management skills.

  • Comfortable using standard office tools.
