Internship details (ideally but we're open to hear your availability!)

  • 6-month internship, 20-30 hours per week, at IKONO Barcelona.
  • Working hours: 5-6 hours daily, 5 days in a week with rotative schedules from Mon-Sun 10:00-14:00 / 15:00-20:00

What’s Your Mission?

As an IKONIC Intern, you’ll be an integral part of the on-site team, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and leaves with a smile. You'll help create an engaging, smooth, and safe experience for everyone stepping into our immersive world.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and guide guests through their IKONO journey
  • Support with ticket sales and reservations (both online and in-person)
  • Assist at the venue store stand and manage basic restocking
  • Provide information and answer guest inquiries via email or phone
  • Help with maintenance checks to ensure top-notch conditions of the space
  • Monitor and assist during the exhibition route
  • Contribute to small fixes or setups to keep the experience flawless


What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Friendly, proactive, and service-minded.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Spanish and Catalan!
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with flexible schedules and physically active tasks (e.g., walking, bending, lifting light items).
  • Bonus points if you have any previous customer service experience or are familiar with cash handling.
