What’s Your Mission?

To ensure every guest feels welcomed, guided, and inspired from the moment they walk through our doors. With a sharp eye for detail and a warm presence, you’ll be at the heart of the visitor journey, connecting with guests, supporting daily operations, and making magic happen in our immersive spaces.


What You’ll Do:

😊 Greet every visitor with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
🎟️ Help guests with ticket purchases and reservations, both in-person and online.
💬 Answer questions and assist visitors over email and phone with care and clarity.
💳 Take care of the cash register with accuracy and responsibility.
🗺️ Guide guests through the experience and share key highlights of the exhibition.
🛠️ Support with minor repairs and help maintain the space in tip-top condition.
🎯 Ensure every corner of the exhibition looks and feels perfect, always.
🙌 Provide support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.


What sets you apart:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient in handling daily challenges.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise explanations.
  • Capable of assisting in setting up exhibitions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things.
  • A responsible attitude, is friendly and polite.
  • Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work.
  • Able to adapt to flexible schedules.


What you bring:

  • Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.
  • Proficient in cash handling.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian (minimum level required B2).
