Internship details:
- Ideally 6-month internship, 20-30 hours per week, at IKONO Madrid.
- Working hours: 5-6 hours daily, 5 days in a week with rotative schedules from Mon-Sun 10:00-14:00 / 15:00-20:00
- Starting Date: 1st May or 1st June

What’s Your Mission?
As an Ikonic Staff member, you play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. With your intuitive understanding, you anticipate their needs even before they realize them. Supported by your Store Manager, you expertly match those needs with the right products and services. Your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile!
- Helping guests with ticket purchases.
- Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
- Taking care of the cash register.
- Being the friendly face at the museum store stand and keeping it well-stocked.
- Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
- Providing support to enhance the overall experience.
- Responding to customer questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
- Taking care of repairs and maintenance to keep our spaces in top shape.
- Ensuring the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.
What sets you apart:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What you bring:
- Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.
- Proficient in cash handling will be a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, minimum level fluent-upper B2.
