We are looking for a Finance Intern to support the daily financial operations of the business while building a strong foundation in accounting, treasury, and financial processes.
This is not a passive internship. You will be part of the finance engine—supporting real operations, handling real data, and contributing to processes that directly impact the business.
A minimum 6-month commitment is required to ensure you can take ownership, build consistency, and grow within the role.
ACTIONS
1. Vendor & Invoice Management (The "Base")
Support onboarding of vendors and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain clean and up-to-date vendor records
Assist in invoice validation, organization, and filing
2. Payments & Financial Operations (The "Execution")
Support preparation and execution of payments
Track payment status and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve basic discrepancies
3. Treasury Support (The "Visibility")
Assist in monitoring cash flow and liquidity
Support bank reconciliations and ensure data alignment
Handle administrative coordination with banks (documents, follow-ups)
4. Reporting & Data Accuracy (The "Detail")
Support preparation of basic financial reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Flag inconsistencies and support issue resolution
5. Process & Team Support (The "Engine")
Maintain organized financial documentation
Support improvements in processes and data management
Collaborate with the finance team on recurring and ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel; ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP) is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
