MISSION

As an IKONIC Staff member, you are the host and heartbeat of our immersive gallery. Whether you’re welcoming individual visitors or corporate groups, you help create a seamless, high-quality journey from arrival to departure. With an intuitive sense of hospitality and a passion for storytelling, you anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service. Working closely with your Store Manager, you ensure every element of the experience feels thoughtful, engaging, and memorable.

OUTCOMES

  • Warmly host all visitors—both individual guests and corporate groups—with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Guide guests through the immersive exhibition, offering key details that enhance their experience.

  • Assist with ticket purchases and reservations made online or through partners.

  • Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Help keep the Venue clean, in good repair, and fully operational.

  • Keep the venue store tidy, stocked, and inviting.

  • Support all aspects of the visitor journey, adapting to different group needs.

  • Respond to visitors’ questions and concerns in person, by email, or by phone.

  • Help prepare and reset rooms for different sessions or private events.

  • Always maintain exhibition areas in excellent condition.

  • Contribute to a calm, organized flow of visitors throughout the experience.

  • Invite guests to share feedback after their visit is complete.

  • Engage in promotional activities to generate brand awareness.

  • Invite guests to share feedback and reviews after their visit, supporting continuous improvement and brand awareness.

  • Maintain basic upkeep of facilities, including minor maintenance tasks when required, ensuring cleanliness of work areas and that all equipment is kept in proper working order.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES / EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or cultural venues.

  • Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

  • Fluency in English and local language (minimum B2 level)

  • Experience interacting with diverse audiences, including private clients and corporate groups, is a strong plus.
