We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing, and persuasive Street Sales Representatives to actively sell tickets on the spot and engage with people who may not have heard about us before.

Your mission: sell, sell, sell.


As a Street Promoter at IKONO, your job is simple: increase ticket sales by actively engaging people outside the venue. You won’t be waiting inside for customers to walk in—you’ll be outside, making it happen.

You’ll approach individuals, groups, tourists, and anyone passing by, sparking curiosity, building excitement, and ultimately closing the sale. The ideal candidate is fearless, persuasive, and thrives in face-to-face sales.


What You’ll Do:


  • Convert Passersby into Paying Visitors – Approach people walking by, get their attention, and convince them to experience IKONO today.
  • Drive Sales Through High-Volume Outreach – The more people you talk to, the more you sell. You’ll need energy, confidence, and a strong pitch.
  • Work the Street, Not Just the Venue – Move around, find the best spots to engage with potential customers, and take initiative to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Engage & Excite – Deliver an energetic, persuasive pitch that makes people eager to visit IKONO.
  • Close the Deal – Process payments directly and ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Identify Group Sales Opportunities – See a tour group, school trip, or corporate outing? Pitch them a group package and lock in a larger sale.
  • Overcome Objections & Hesitations – Convince those who are unsure and turn "maybe later" into "yes, let’s go in now!"
  • Hit & Exceed Targets – You’ll have clear sales goals, and the best performers will earn the highest commission.

  • Proven Sales Experience – Face-to-face sales, retail, promotions, or outbound sales experience preferred.

  • Confidence in Approaching Strangers – This is not a passive role. You need to be comfortable walking up to people and pitching them.
  • Flexible Schedule – Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours when foot traffic is highest.
  • Basic Tech Skills – Comfortable handling card payments via mobile devices.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English – Other languages are a plus!
